March 2015 – Under the patronage of H.E Tom Fletcher CMG, the UK Ambassador to Lebanon, and in the presence of key media figures and industry experts, a private event was held on the 19th of March at BeitMisk, to celebrate the Beitmisk’s most recent honors received from British award programmes:
- BeitMisk was named Best Smart-City Development Team in the Middle East by Capital Finance International magazine’s award programme (CFI.co).
- BeitMisk acquired the widely-recognized Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology (BREEAM) certification, by combining smart urban design with an eco-conscious approach to living.
- GZA Group (BeitMisk’s mother company) received the Real Estate Company in Lebanon and CSR Company of the Year title by The European magazine’s Global Banking and Finance Awards.
