On Saint Barbara day, families got together to commemorate the tradition, all dressed in costumes.
Kids had fun planting wheat seeds, chickpeas and barley on beds of cottons, while parents shared their home- made katayef, awaymeit and maakrouns. The night ended with a tour of the community, knocking on doors and gathering candy!
